The reception to Tri-Line's TIM Enterprise product exceeded all expectations during its recent unveiling at Call Centre Expo / Customer Strategy & Management 2007.

TIM Enterprise completely redefines call logging in both the traditional TDM and IP space. Its unconstrained hierarchy allows larger organisations to overcome the problems they have habitually faced when trying to mirror their often complex organisational structure.

Overall, Customer Strategy & Management 2007 proved to be an excellent event that exceeded all our expectations. The delegates who came to our stand were extremely well informed with very specific needs. It was good to be there to see first hand the surprise and delight on their faces as a host of features they had never previously considered available were revealed.
