During the event, held at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 5th June, TIM Enterprise was praised for its unique industry-leading features and for opening up a new market for UK resellers.

"In the space of six years, Tri-Line has created a market that didn't exist before," says Kay Tobin, Tri-Line's commercial director.

"Call logging was previously a stagnant by-water with sales and customer interest becalmed.

"We introduced a series of powerful products and an all-new business model that have ignited reseller’s interest, creating opportunities for the channel that have driven our partners forward into new and highly profitable territory."

Launched in 2007, TIM Enterprise is now used by over 500 blue chip corporations, institutions, local authorities and government agencies in 20 countries worldwide.

"TIM Enterprise has delighted end-users and resellers since its launch and represents a major step forward for the industry as a whole," says Tobin.

"Even our competitors now recognise that Tri-Line has energised the voice and data reseller channel and created an exciting new wave of sales that would not have happened without TIM Enterprise and its predecessor TIM Professional".

Mike Hill, Tri-Line's managing director says: "TIM Enterprise is the result of thousands of hours of technical development and ongoing dialogue with both resellers and business end-users.

"This award recognises the success of our reseller partners as well as the success of our product. So we’d like to say a big 'thank you' to all of our channel partners for their continuing support and we look forward to helping them grow their businesses as well as our own."

Call Centre Expo 2008 Round-up

This year's Call Centre Expo 2008 was a great venue to showcase our award-winning TIM Enterprise product, with its advanced reporting engine with integrated call recording and wallboard displays.

Held once again at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham on 7th-8th September, a simple display with a powerful message was put to the UK's call centre industry.

Attracting visitors from across all industries, from hospitality, education, travel, utilities and government agencies, visitors gained hands-on experience of the power but simplicity of TIM Enterprise's reporting features.

And as they know, both simple and complex management information about their call traffic is essential to running an efficient call centre.

Tri-Line invests £7.5m in reseller channel

Tri-Line are to invest £7.5m in the indirect reseller channel as part of their 10 year plan to lead the European CTI market.

The London-based company has achieved 167% growth in the past year with sales of its TIM Professional and TIM Enterprise call management products and has seen over 35% of rival vendors' resellers join Tri-Line in the past eight months.

Rapid expansion began in 2006 with the purchase of a second London office at Tower Bridge, new training and demo facilities, a new reseller programme, new branding and innovative marketing campaign plus a range of new products to service the larger enterprise sector.

Kay Tobin, commercial director of Tri-Line, says: "Unlike other vendors who just see CTI software as a means to coax unjustifiable amounts of money from resellers and their customers, we continued to invest heavily in the development of our products to make them the best available to the reseller channel."

In addition to their existing development studio in Shoreditch, Tri-Line's new £1.2m Tower Bridge facility more than meets the demands of their rapidly-expanding reseller channel and provides a solid foundation from which to increase their position as leaders in the call logging market.

Tobin adds, "Privately funded, and working to a 10-year expansion plan based on the solid growth we've energised into an otherwise legacy sector, Tri-Line aren't just challenging the outdated thinking of our peers - we're actually creating whole new markets for ourselves and our resellers."
